What being a registered Master Painter means to us




Wall Treats rarely advertises. Instead, we rely on your good opinion to introduce us to others who you believe will benefit from our service.

Almost all of our business is generated via word of mouth referrals.  We really appreciate a potential client who is introduced to us by someone they know and trust.

Wall Treats understands that in order for us to continue receiving referrals; we must provide you an exceptional painting experience.

Wall Treats works with interior designers, colour consultants, architects and home and business owners who value security and peace of mind.

Wall Treats will meet with you when we say we will.

Wall Treats wants to know more than what you want painted.  We also want to understand your concerns and we will do our best to work with you to address them.

When we meet you, you will receive information about Wall Treats, including our website address.  This site includes further information about us and some painting advice.

You will receive a detailed painting quote so there are “no surprises” at the end of theproject.  Within the quote, we will:

  • Confirm the surfaces you would like painted;
  • Confirm your needs and describe how we intend to address them;
  • Describe the painting methodology we will undertake;
  • List the paint products and colours we will use;
  • State your investment;
  • Advise when we can start;
  • Estimate how long the project will take; and,
  • Include our terms and conditions of trade.

Wall Treats asks how you would like us to communicate with you: telephone calls, text messages, or emails. We will only communicate with you via your preferred channel.

Throughout the painting engagement, Wall Treats keeps you abreast of developments. You are welcome to contact us to discuss your painting project. We return all telephone calls and respond to all emails.
