Potential project issues
Managing a building or renovation project involves a number of different trades and all it takes is one party to not show up or to be delayed and the entire timeline is in peril.
When each tradesperson is independent, with no affinity to the others involved, it can result in a lack of engagement in the project as a whole. However, when the trades are affiliated or have a long history of working together, there is camaraderie and an innate obligation and desire to not let the team down.
