Situated in the heart of St John’s, this property had been cleverly renovated to create a spacious, modern home with plenty of flair.
Our clients needed to update the exterior paintwork and were eager to use a dark paint colour that would add a point of interest to the home’s generic facade. Use of a dark paint colour meant our challenge was to prolong the lifespan of the new paint by minimising heat absorption.
We recommended paint products that would perform well over time and our clients were delighted with the finish that was achieved.
