Attention to Detail: Prioritising Quality Outcomes

Find out how we prioritise the details that ensure our clients get the quality result they’re expecting—right from the start.

Attention to detail is a key part of being a premium painter.

The small things are important, particularly when it comes to a paint job in or on your home! It’s the one place you’re probably going to spend time literally staring at the walls—so they better look good!

What does it mean to us to pay close attention to detail?

Our commitment to thoroughness and quality is more than just making sure your paint job is streak-free. In fact, it begins right from the very first contact. There is an array of considerations that we keep front of mind as we enter into and carry out a project for our discerning customers.

1. We know the end goal

Even before we meet, we want to know the objectives you (and the other key decision makers) have for your painting project.

Wall Treats is not the perfect provider for every single project, and the same goes for any painter. We don’t want to waste your time, so the first detail we pay attention to is what you’re trying to achieve in the long term and whether we can make it happen to the highest standard.

2. We acknowledge any road blocks

When the relationship has progressed to a quoting stage, we make sure to specifically point out gnarly areas and ask you (and the other key decision makers) for your expectations.

Almost no project will be without tricky spots, and we ensure that these are brought to life and acknowledged right from the start. This way, we can explain our process and mutually agree what can be achieved to avoid disappointment.

3. We offer options

When we present our proposal, we provide options for you (and the other key decision makers) to consider. This provides you the opportunity to prioritise where you want to invest.

Is an exact shade more important than the evenness of the result? Would you pay more for the perfect finish on a tricky substrate, or consider more affordable options in certain rooms? We want it to be up to you, the person who will both pay for it and live with it.

4. We make a plan for your comfort

Before we commence your project, we plan and agree who does what and by when, right down to who will protect the surrounding areas and furnishings and with what. Together, we can create as comfortable and secure an environment as possible for you and your loved ones throughout the duration of the job. We think that this detail is particularly important!

In addition to this, we retreat into the background as much as possible while we’re painting. Inviting tradespeople into your home is a big deal, and we want to disrupt you as little as possible.

5. We seek feedback continuously

Getting off track is never impossible! We are well aware of this, so we check in weekly to make sure you’re happy with how things are progressing. If there are any concerns, we can adjust course to ensure we get where we need to go.

6. We check in about the result

One detail of our service is the final walkaround. At the end of the project, we will schedule to take you around and check out the final result so we know that it has been delivered to your expectations.

This level of detail ensures that our clients receive the high-end paint job and service experience that they expect going in. If being happy with the outcome is important to you, you should see this attention being paid right from the start.
