Our clients were undertaking a major renovation to their beautiful early 1900s homestead and were referred to Wall Treats by their interior designer.

In addition to quality workmanship, our clients were looking for a house painting company that would be reliable, minimise disruption and provide value for money. Our detailed quote convinced them that Wall Treats was the right choice.

On the interior of the home, we painted over wallpaper in some rooms and wallpapered in others. The home’s grand kauri staircase was sanded back and varnished to match the freshly polished floorboards. We also undertook meticulous preparation of the tongue and groove and ornate ceilings to ensure the highest possible standard of finish.

The home’s exterior featured intricate colonial style joinery, which needed significant work to prepare it for painting. The weatherboards were given careful attention to ensure the paint finish we achieved would match the standard of the interior paintwork and protect the home for many years to come.

At the end of the project, our clients were delighted. Our interior painting work also helped Wall Treats win the Master Painter of the Year award for 2009.
