Award: 2019 Highly Commended – Residential Rework Exterior (Character)

This two-storey weatherboard bungalow had been extensively and meticulously renovated prior to our clients purchasing the property.

While the exterior paintwork was still in very good condition, our clients are fastidious with house maintenance and engaged us to undertake a repaint.

As our clients wanted to retain the existing paint colours, our challenge was to ensure they felt that their investment in an early exterior repaint was worthwhile.

The attention to detail demonstrated by our painters ensured the end result was even better than the existing paintwork, and our clients were delighted with the result.

Ultimately, the judges of the Master Painters New Zealand Awards 2019 were impressed too and the project was awarded a Highly Commended place in the Residential Rework Exterior (Character) category.
